Hi Laura, Morning is my best time for EVERYTHING, which can be a bit problematic. :) Writing, making art, running errands, wandering in the woods, etc. By afternoon, my creative energy is spent. When I studied Ayurveda and learned just how important those late hours from 10 p.m. to 2 p.m. are for sleep/healing the body, I was grateful that I wasn't a night owl like so many of my creative friends. :) Thx for sharing!

Oh my gosh Barbara -- one of my 2024 goals is to get MUCH better at replying to comments in a timely fashion. Sorry I missed this! I wish I was more of a morning person. The few times I do manage to pull it off, I LOVE it, but sustaining that creativity first thing in my day is tricky for me. Sleep is definitely important -- perhaps the most key ingredient for creating! Hope you're well!
