Read.
Focus on one thing at a time.
Read some more.
Listen to music often.
Unplug - and stop questioning it.

Work with your hands
(even if that's merely pen and paper)

Replace scrolling with searching
(seek out meaningful content vs accepting whatever pops up in front of you)

Embrace daily day dreaming.
Build something just for you.
Fall in love with revising
(because creating is a process)

Know that small can be valuable.
Play with possibility.
Dabble constantly.
Fixate on process instead of outcome.

Take time to take care.

{Artful Living is a series about activating creative living practices and philosophies, as well as artistic outlooks that feel good to live by.}
